Finger Foods

The following is just a sampling of ideas that you can use for finger foods at the different age groups. Teeth are not critical to eat foods. Remember that older people can still eat even when they have lost their teeth. Also, as a general rule, foods should always be cut into small to tiny pieces so there is less chance of choking.

Did you know…

we are independently owned?

Unlike most other medical practices, we are not owned by the major hospital corporations. We own and manage our practice. That's the way things used to be when your parents grew up. Many physicians have made a choice to sell their practice to the large hospital owned corporations for their own personal interests, and not for the benefit of their patients. We know that it's not good for our patients to give control of our medical decisions to the insurance companies and the hospital corporations.
