Hospitals and Specialists

Since we are an independent medical practice, and because we have admitting privileges at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and Hillcrest Hospital, we can choose what is in the best interest for your child when making a referral. Corporately owned practices have limitations and less flexibility when it comes to referrals.

We can refer to specialists from The Cleveland Clinic, Rainbow Babies and Children's (UH), Akron Children's Hospital or any other facility or group that we feel best meets you and your child's individual needs. We are not owned by a hospital system and are therefore not obligated to use any single hospital network. Our obligation is to use the best specialist for your child and do our utmost to work within the constraints of your insurance.

We want to give your child the best start in life and provide the best care possible. Your child will get the best recommendations using all available hospitals, medical services and specialists.
